Custom Wig Units
Due to the nature of the product, there are NO refunds or exchanges for custom wig units. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us via email at support@enchez.com to discuss the matter.
Ready To Ship Wig Units
There are NO refunds on Ready-To-Ship wigs. These units are sold "As Is". Please make note of the wig cap size, hair length, hair texture, and color before ordering. If you see a Ready-To-Ship unit that is not in your cap size, you may purchase it as a customer wig order.
Closures and Frontals
NO refunds or exchanges are offered on hair closures or frontals.
Hair Bundles
All returns must be intended for resale. The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging with no removal of bands/tags. Hair extensions that have been altered, washed, or worn in any way do not qualify for a return. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date and are subject to approval. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Upon approval, you will receive a shipping label via email.
If you are exchanging for an item of greater value, you will need to pay the difference. If the exchange item is of lesser value, you will be refunded the difference.
Once we receive and confirm your item's condition, refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank. To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out the Return/Exchange Request Form.
